Yes, we offer secure online therapy sessions for clients who prefer remote support. This allows you to access therapy from the comfort of your own home. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person ones, and we use a confidential platform to ensure your privacy.
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice. Everything you share in therapy is kept private, except in cases where safety is a concern (e.g., harm to self or others). We will always explain the limits of confidentiality during your first session.

We offer a free 15 minute informal consultation to give you the opportunity to decide if you want to proceed.
Our fees are: £150.00 for 1.5 hours initial consultation, contract agreement and initial discussions on presenting issues, case conceptualisation and possible treatment programmes
On going sessions of 50 minutes are £80.00 per session.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
Yes Of course. At times it may be tempting to stop all together as therapy can feel quite intense. Please feel free to voice any concerns you have.
